As a member of Elixia for many years, I have had Quang as PT and masseuse since April 2017

The undersigned has had injuries to his shoulders, neck and back, but through weekly follow-up, planned training arranged for me and massage, these injuries/pain are gone.

During this time, we have adapted the training sessions to my needs, goals and capacity, but also a realistic plan so that I do not incur new injuries.

Have also learned a number of new ways and train through varied exercises so that the risk of new overloads does not arise.

I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Quang both as PT and masseuse.

Van is an incredibly skilled and good PT. I have trained with Van for almost 3 years and during this time he has helped me lose almost 60 kg, taught me a lot about powerlifting and how things like food and sleep affect the body on a daily basis. Van is also a very skilled muscle therapist who has helped me several times when I have had problems with stiff and sore muscles.
Van has taught me an incredible amount over almost 2 years and he has almost become a life coach for me.
I have tried several PTs before and I have to say that Van is by far the best I have had, Van is really passionate about what he does and wants people to succeed.

Can definitely recommend Van. I have competed a lot in strongman and therefore have to receive treatment so that I can perform as much as possible during competition. This year I participated in the WHEA WC and if it hadn't been for Van, I probably wouldn't have been able to place as high as I did. This man has a lot of knowledge about training and treatment. In addition, he is cheerful and kind and puts the customer in focus!

Quang var min personlig trener i ca. et halvt år. Jeg har i mange år vært plaget av knær som kan bli veldig vonde etter en løpetur eller lange fjellturer. I nyere tid hadde jeg begynt å få plager i skulder og nakke. Målet med treningen med Quang var i hovedsak å få styrket opp riktig muskulatur for å bli kvitt disse plagene. Quang viste meg øvelser som ville trene opp balanse og styrke, og hvordan å ha fokus på å holde kneet i riktig posisjon under ulike styrkeøvelser.

Spesielt hofte og lår var viktig å få trent opp for å avlaste belastningen på knærne.

Quang lærte meg nye øvelser for å styrke opp øvre delen av ryggen og hvordan på riktig måte å få virkelig tøyet ut musklene i nakken og skulder. Jeg har mye mindre plager idag og har spesielt fokus på disse tingene under egentrening. Quang motiverte meg til å få til en god rutine med regelmessig trening og utfordret meg til å pushe meg selv.

Under treningen sammen med Quang klarte han å bevise meg at jeg kunne ta flere økter eller tyngre vekter enn jeg faktisk trodde. Det var kult. Quang var også utrolig tålmodig med meg.

Han ga meg en bedre forståelse av hvordan en god og effektiv treningsøkt bør være for at jeg skal se forbedringer. Jeg kan anbefale å bruke Quang som personlig trener.
